Qualifications:

Responsibilities

  • Removing and installing new systems
  • Performing routine maintenance
  • Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain clean work area
  • Communicate with clients and customers in a respectful manner
  • Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work

Schedule

  • 40 Hour work week
  • On call rotation schedule

Billing Specialist/Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Answer a multi-line phones system
  • Enter Work Orders on a daily basis
  • Schedule service calls
  • Maintain and update customer list
  • Pricing/Billing
  • Post invoices to customer jobs
  • Filing

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within Accounts Payable
  • Plumbing/HVAC industry preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on Customer Service.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions, while working as a team.
  • Must be able to work within a fast-paced environment and remain flexible in changing priority in daily tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues that may arise while taking initiative and acting with a high level of sense of urgency.
